Returns and Exchanges

BuffsZone.com prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for an exchange (for same item) or refund*(minus shipping cost)

* In order to receive a full refund (minus the shipping cost) or exchange for your order, you MUST ship back all returnable item(s) to us within 15 business days from the day that you  received your items.

Returns/ Exchanges

1.      Submit an RMA request, you can find the link at www.BuffsZone.com      

2.      Complete the form on the opposite side of your invoice

3.      Pack and secure your item(s) in its original package, along with the form

4.      Send back your item(s) to the address listed below

**The cost of retuning the item(s) to us is your responsibility. By no means will CiCi Hot pay for your return/exchange shipping cost.

Items must be returned in new, unworn and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packing and all of its contents.

Once we received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non refundable. We will only refund full amount for the cost of the item(s). Please note that your banking institution may take several days to process and post this transaction to your account (typically 3-5 business days).

*Items returned without a RMA form will NOT be processed & item(s) will be held until return shipping is paid for.

**All on sale items, accessories, intimates, swimsuits and body suits are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. All exchanges are final. All final sale products that are returned will not be processed and are subject to a re-ship fee.

Refused/Returned Packages:

If your package is refused or returned because it was undeliverable you will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us for it to be resent back to you. This also applies to packages returned because of an invalid address/name. This also applies to packages that are returned because of an invalid address/name. You are responsible for providing us with correct shipping information. Orders shipped via FedEx are subject to the ‘Terms and Conditions of Service’ as detailed on FedEx.com

***Please note that once package leave our warehouse we are not responsible for any lost, theft or undeliverable packages, All packages are subject to the terms and conditions of USPS and FedEx.

 Items returned without original packaging will be subject to $5 fee.

Refunds:

If you are returning an item for a refund or a store credit please note that you will only be credited/refunded for the cost of the item(s). We do not refund nor do we reimburse for shipping costs under any circumstance. As stated in our Policy & FAQ’s you are responsible for the cost of shipping a return to us. Orders that were placed using a promo code will only be credited refunded for the discount price that was paid, and not the original item price. Orders that were placed using the “Free Ship” promo will be refunded minus the initial shipping cost.
